How do I cancel my reservation?

You may cancel your reservation via email until 20 minutes beforehand. After this time (no-show) we will charge the full amount. We will send a bill to you on the address you have provided. In case you have already paid and you want to cancel your reservation, please send an email including your bank details so that we can reimburse the paid sum.

What are the opening times?

Quick Parking is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

How do I take the shuttle from the airoport?

You can fill in your flight number (optional) on your reservation form, as well as your date of return. This way, Quick Parking knows approximately when we have to pick you up. We will give you a special phone number. If you call when you have arrived at the airport, we will come to pick you up in a few minutes to take you to your car.

Do I get a confirmation of my reservation?

As soon as you have made a reservation, you will automatically see the confirmation on your screen. On this page you can also print your reservation (and route description).You will also receive an automatic email containing the confirmation. In some cases, the email will not reach your inbox! This happens when the receiving computer marks the email as spam. This does not mean your reservation is not made.

I arrive after midnight. Which date should I indicate on the reservation form?

You indicate the exact date on which you arrive at the airport. If, for instance, you depart on June 15 at 22:00h and arrive at the airport on June 16 at 01:00h, you fill in June 16 as your date of arrival.

I do not know my flight data and/or time of flight. How do I make a reservation?

You may fill in 12:00h as your time of flight on the reservation form. We will take your reservation in any case. If you do not know your flight number either, you may fill in your destination instead.

How do I reserve a parking spot?

You fill in the reservation form on the left-hand side of this page.

How do I communicate a change of my travel data?

You can email or call +33-(0)170700297 us at any time to convey any changes.

When and how can I pay?

At Quick Parking you can pay using a credit card or cash card. You can pay when you park your car. You can also decide to pay directly during your online reservation, using a credit card. We can not accept cash payments.

How can I find you? Where are you situated?

Your reservation confirmation includes an address and a roadmap. You can fill in the address on your GPS system. You can also find a map on this web site (under “route”) on which you can see where we are situated.

I will arrive about two hours earlier than I indicated. Do I have to change my reservation?

The specified times are only an indication. If your correction is more than 3 hours, please adjust your reservation online. You can change your reservation at any time by clicking “change your reservation” in the main menu.

How long does it take to be brought to the terminal?

In principle, we will drive you to the terminal as soon as you arrive. We drive there for every customer individually. The departure hall is at spitting distance (5 km). It takes only a few minutes to get there.

I have made a reservation. How do I know whether it is confirmed?

Within seconds after your reservation, you will receive a confirmation of the reservation (on your screen and via email). This confirmation is 100% certain. You are guaranteed a parking spot. If the parking lot were full, you could not have made a reservation.

I do not have a printer and cannot print the reservation confirmation. Is this a problem?

This is not a problem. We recognize you by your name, your car or your reservation number.

How can I see if your parking lot is full?

If the parking lot is full on the dates you specified, this will be shown on your screen and you will not be able to complete the reservation.

I do not have a promo code. What do I fill in there?

The travel code is a promotion code you may have received from us. This entry field is also intended for the travel agency to fill in. You do not have to fill in anything here.

I do not know my flight number and flying times yet. What can I do?

While making a reservation on the web site, you can indicate that you arrive/depart at 12:00h. The flight number is optional.
